Only one form of payment will be accepted. Registration fee includes: educational sessions, continental breakfast and breaks each day, Saturday lunch, as well as the Welcome Reception. Registered attendees who wish to bring a spouse/guest to the Welcome Reception can purchase a ticket for $35 per person.
*Students will be able to register at a rate of $250 per person beginning March 1, 2012. Documentation of student status must accompany Registration & Housing Form in order to qualify.
